Cassady, Restoration can vary wildly in cost. Let me try to answer that question specifically in a few days. For now, suffice to say, a ‘full’ restoration on a car that is sitting in a field and has degraded nearly into the ground or ‘back to its elements’ will cost more than the end product might achieve in the market place. On a car which is a driver and has simply worn down over the years will be much less costly and some can be ‘freshened’ without getting ‘underwater’. More soon . . .

You have great information on W113. I’m just in middle of restoring W113 1968 280SL euro model 4 Spd. The entire body of this car has been replaced with all OEM parts include flows frame rails rear sub frame outer sections of Furwall
