California car with apparently two owners just in! It has just had $5000 in service work completed including brake system rebuild, carburetor rebuild (original Solexs!), radiator re-core, full ignition tune and lube service and more (receipts included). Runs and drives great. Still has its original windshield and hood (matching number). Exterior paint was originally silver, currently has older inexpensive white paint with numerous flaws. Drive and enjoy as it is or restore as you go. Would be a great car to have us restore for you to show-winner level (not for those on a budget). This car was hand chosen for its mostly rust-free state (most enthusiasts pick the wrong car to restore due to heavy rust). It has the typical corrosion isolated on the floor where the battery acid drains (very minor as far as rust goes) and a few small perforations on the trunk floor (remarkably the spare tire wells are solid!). Go straight to the Undercarriage Photos. The front bumper is included but needs to be re-chromed (it looks pretty cool without it anyway). This is a pretty early car, as evidenced by the 300SL Gullwing style seats and no wheel well eye-brow trim.
