Here is a shot of the rebuilt front suspension.  We used high performance Prothane bushings for long life and superior control.


Before applying the chip-guard the factory spot-welds are visible.


Its hard to tell from this angle but the chip-guard has a rather rough texture.  A new molding will hide the line.


The new glove box is made of polypropylene which is much more durable than the original cardboard.  It comes without the hole for the light so we must carefully cut one then install the old flange.  The new part has a slightely different shape dictating a repositioning of the hole.  This work is of course all done by hand.
