We applied a "chip guard" to the wheel wells to give pebbles something to bounce off of....

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

...then applied the body color.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 


 

 

 

 

 

When the factory applied the body color to the wells they did not mask off the undercarriage, so we were "careful" to overspray it a bit.

 

 

 

 

 

 


 

 

 

 

 

The fuel tank was boiled out, lined and powder coated before going back in.

This shot is from inside the engine bay.  The factory's sprayed on seam sealer had gone away over the years so we reapplied same.
